| Altitude Science offer an 'altitude training program'
and approached Formworks to design an oxygen mask
that would integrate into their existing equipment. |

| The idea was to create a shroud that could slide
over a standard mask, as once a user had completed
the training, the mask could be disposed of and
the shroud re-used and re-fitted to a new mask. |
| |
| The finished product was vacuum formed and able
to be supplied in a variety of colours and patterns. |
