| The third stage in the Design and Development
process is Engineering. In this stage the chosen
concept is computer modeled in 3D utilizing our
high end CAD software. This allows us to view the
design from any angle or level of detail. Information
such as weight, volume, interference and clearance
can be checked all before the expense of producing
a prototype. We are in effect producing a virtual
prototype from which all the engineering data will
be produced. |

| Engineering Drawings and Surface Files that are
required for tool making and production are generated
and maintain a direct relationship to the 3D model.
If the 3D model changes for any reason then both
the Engineering Drawings and Surface Files will
update automatically to reflect this. This reduces
the amount of time required to make modifications
and helps ensure that the information being used
is up to date and correct. |
